The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde by

Hey everyone! This book review will be a short and sweet one tonight just like the book! It is only a fifty-four page book, I had it read in a little over an hour. Being a mom calls for a lot of breaks in between pages, haha!

I have always been a fan of the movie characters base on this book, but I had never gotten my hands on it. A few months ago, I found it online and instantly had to have it. I will not lie, it may only be fifty-four pages but the font is SUPER tiny! Sometimes I took breaks for my poor little eyes.

Robert Louis Stevenson certainly put his all into this story. It is a combination of fantasy thriller and moral allegory. We all know what it is like to face our own demons from time to time. Now imagine that the demon you are fighting is a second personality trying to take you over completely and there is nothing you can do about it!

The book is intense and if you’re into this kind of thing, I highly recommend it! The tiny print is well worth it in the end.
